Canon Elan 7E - 35mm Film SLR

Here's my new partner in crime. I picked up a Canon Elan 7E, a 35mm film SLR from Keh.com. Its used, of course, given that the Elans were introduced by Canon back in 1999. My copy could be more than a decade old but still functions pretty flawlessly. The "7" is presumably meant to reflect its 7-point AF system, which must have been revolutionary at the time.

Its a handsome-looking camera that makes a quiet, beautiful shutter sound. Click it to believe it. I cannot wait to take it for a spin.

UPDATE: Here's some pictures from the first roll of 35mm film that I shot.
